FAST TRACK CITIES (HO CHI MINH CITY, VIET NAM): Address stigma and discrimination and sustainability of services for PLHIV

Viet Nam commercial hub and its most populous city is committed to the 90-90-90 targets and joined the Fast-Track city initiative in 2015. Having recently shown how integrating HIV services into the general health system was possible and recognizing that stigma and discrimination remained formidable barriers to people living with HIV and key populations, a pilot initiative was launched to reduce discrimination in health care settings.

Consolidated guidelines on person-centred HIV strategic information: strengthening routine data for impact

These guidelines focus on the collection and use of person-centred data across the HIV cascade – from prevention, testing and treatment to longer-term health care – building upon 2017 and 2020 strategic information guidelines. The updated guidelines present a standard minimum dataset, priority indicators and recommendations to strengthen data use across HIV prevention, testing and treatment, and linkages to services for sexually transmitted infections, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and cervical cancer.

HIV/AIDS and ART Registry of the Philippines: February 2022

In February 2022, there were 1,054 confirmed HIV-positive individuals reported to the HIV/AIDS & ART Registry of the Philippines (HARP) and were accounted to the total (96,266) reported cases since January 1984. Moreover, 28% (297) of individuals reported in February had advanced HIV infection at the time of testing.

The People Living with HIV Stigma Index: Indonesia - April 2020

This report presents the results of the PLHIV Stigma Index Indonesia - a community survey to document experiences of SAD among PLHIV in 11 selected districts. Spiritia Foundation commissioned the implementation of the survey to the AIDS Research Center of Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta in close collaboration with the community-based implementing unit organizations (IUs) in each district.
