Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

This Regional Action Agenda on Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the Western Pacific aims to guide Member States as they embark on SDG implementation. Much progress has already been achieved.

The 2016-2017 Annual Report on UNDP’s partnership with the Global Fund --- and its health implementation programmes funded by other sources --- highlights the achievements and partnerships in responding to HIV, TB, malaria, and health more broadly.

This publication shows how change works. It is a collection of 10 transformative development stories for development practitioners. It explains how the featured projects have yielded lasting, far-reaching results, and accelerated early progress on multiple Sustainable Development Goals.

In line with the 2030 Agenda, the objective of the road map is to promote the balanced integration of the three dimensions of sustainable development through regional cooperation in a set of priority areas that support effective pursuit of sustainable development by member States.

The Sustainable Development Goals Report 2017 reviews progress made towards the 17 Goals in the second year of implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The report is based on the latest available data. It highlights both gains and challenges as the international community moves towards full realization of the ambitions and principles espoused in the 2030 Agenda.

This 2017 SDG Index and Dashboard Report presents an updated and revised SDG Index and introduces country dashboards. The report incorporates comments received on the previous version, as well as new data and improvements in methodology.
